To collect data on the epidemiology, treatment and disease progression of VEXAS syndrome in routine clinical practice. The aim is to create a comprehensive description of the clinical phenotypes of the syndrome and to test the hypothesis as to whether the therapeutic strategies used or the therapy sequence will have an influence on patient-relevant clinical endpoints, in particular on clinical remission and treatment-free remission.
