Exercise counselling and training

Physical activity is basically possible, safe and recommended at every stage of cancer and, according to scientific studies, has numerous positive effects on the body and psyche during and after cancer treatment.
We recommend at least 3x30 minutes of moderate stamina training per week, plus strengthening exercises twice a week and, if possible, daily stretching for the main muscles. The requirement for this, however, is that you consult with the treating medical specialist beforehand and are supervised by trained sports and physiotherapists. Basically, any exercise is better than none - this also includes everyday activities such as longer walks.
Sometimes it is not easy to motivate yourself. We are happy to support you on your way to a physically active everyday life!
